Copyright Agreement
By entering this site you agree to the following conditions
- Copyright: All negatives, previews, proofs, contact sheets, prints, digital images and transparencies produced by the studio are protected under the copyright laws of the United States and may not be copied or reproduced in any way without the express written permission of the studio.
- Reproduction: Negatives, previews, proofs, contact sheets, prints, digital images and transparencies remain the property of the studio. The studio has the exclusive right to make additional reproductions for the Client or the Client’s Company. The studio reserves the right to use originals and reproductions from originals for purposes of display, exhibition, advertising, contests and other purposes.
- Releases: It is assumed that the Client is responsible for obtaining a release for people that are in the photographs to use their images in publications and videos.
